Pop legend Toni Tennille led the Yavapai College Performing Arts Center production of HELLO, DOLLY!
The pandemic delay “really worried me, even though I’m in really great shape,” Tennille said. “She know she could do it, but it was still scary. On the other hand, she went back and she read The Matchmaker so she could get a better idea of the Dolly character. And she had met Carol Channing several times throughout her career, including at the White House.”
